Working collaboratively with the everlast sales, estimating and construction teams, as well as with external consultants and municipalities, our design team is available to help clients with initial schematic design, design development, permit applications, and design changes during construction.PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES- Our pre-construction process includes estimating, permitting, and 3D modeling. We expedite and streamline the accuracy of cost estimates based on your blueprint, design and get your drawings permit ready, and use advanced technology to transform blueprints into 3D models, ensuring all structural, architectural, and mechanical building components align. Plus, we provide you with a detailed virtual walk-through before all systems ‘GO’!ENGINEERED BUILDING SOLUTIONS AND OPTIONS- Our Off-Site Construction Process includes floor panels, walls, window installation, deck and veranda, stairs, and roof trusses. Every component is precisely cut and mounted with robotics screwing down materials to the exact Alberta Building Code. Once Off-Site Construction is complete, all building components are loaded onto custom EVERLAST trailers and transported to the field where onsite construction begins. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS- The EVERLAST Service & Maintenance Team specializes in helping property owners maintain and repair their property , and as a follow-up service on recently completed EVERLAST projects. Our team can perform maintenance and repairs for virtually any building system including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, sprinklers, and mechanical systems as well as roofs, walls, doors, floors and concrete.
